Eventful Weekend

On Friday night I went, for the first time, to Trios Jazz Club in South Bend. I have to tell you I was very impressed. Great service, and great music. It was free to get in too!!! Everyone should take advantage of this great club as they have bands from the region every Friday and Saturday night. As a jazz lover I will be visiting this place many more times.

On Saturday night I went to see the South Bend Symphony. I ended up getting a free ticket at the door. Thank you to whoever gave me the voucher!!! I have to tell you I loved it!!! And the violin soloist was amazing. We really do have a lot of great music in this area and I think we should try to support it more by going to these local concerts.

On Sunday I made my first visit to Lucas Oil Stadium. Very Impressive. Plus the Colts destroyed the Ravens. Good Weekend!!!

Jeff Kamp for President!!!

With all the negative campaigns heating up, why not vote for me? I'm not old enough yet to be prez, but here is what I will do:

No negative campaigning
I will tell you what my beliefs are and how I think we should run the country
I will be open and honest about any mistakes I make or have made
I will publish the national budget and make it as simple as possible for everyone to know what money goes where.
If a bill comes to my desk that has earmarks for things other than what that bill was intended for it will be Veto - no buying votes on my clock!!!
I will listen to what people have to say
I will start marketing this country in the most positive light!!! We are one of the most generous nations and yet people look at us as evil? This is a basic marketing issue that needs to be addressed!!!

Bailout Earmarks = Total Crap For Taxpayers

This is simple- I can't believe we pass bills that are designed to do one thing and have all these additional items that cost us taxpayers. Here are a few from the bailout bill:
