In the kitchen
Last night I made this wonderful meal. New York Strip steak w/garlic whipped potatoes. The steak is seasoned and then seared in olive oil. Once the sides are cooked I put more olive oil and garlic on top in put it in the oven. The potatoes are boiled until fork tender then drained. Add butter, garlic, and a little milk, whip them with (as Emeril calls it) the boat motor thing...add parsley to everything and serve!!!
